December Newsletter

Dear Parents & Carers,

The last couple of weeks have been truly magical at Foxton. As the excitement around Christmas has built, staff and children have enjoyed a range of festive activities. Last night we had the final performance of our infant nativity - Jesus in the Manger. I'm sure you'll agree with me that the children were absolutely fantastic and did themselves and the school very proud. The quality of singing, dancing and acting was superb and your kind comments at the end of each performance meant a lot to all of the staff involved. I would particularly like to thank Mrs Hobday, Mrs Bellamy, Mrs Foster, Mr Cruickshank, Mrs Lawrence, Mrs Silbur and Mrs Thurlby for their hard work in putting together the performance, and of course, each of the children for rising to the challenge spectacularly!

We are also looking forward to attending Foxton Church this afternoon for our annual carol service which starts at 2pm. I hope to see many of you there to enjoy the service and celebrate with us what has been a wonderful term.
