October Newsletter

Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome back everyone after the half-term break. It’s been so lovely hearing about the children’s adventures and trips out - it sounds like everyone had a wonderful time.
Tempest Photography visited us today and completed all the individual and sibling photos this morning. It was such a lovely way to start the week and return after the break. Everybody looked very smart.
This first week back is already looking jam packed, ending with our Otter Class assembly on Friday afternoon and the FSA Halloween discos. Please check your Reach More Parents app for further details; payments for the school discos are now live on Parent Pay.
Looking ahead to next week, we’re very excited to be welcoming BBC Radio Leicester presenter Ady Damon on Wednesday afternoon. He’ll be completing another mile of his walking marathon here at school. The money raised goes towards local charities, including the Harborough District Children and Young People’s Charity, who do such fantastic work supporting our school with lunchtime games and activities.
We’re expecting our Harvest Food Bank donations to be collected this week. The Jubilee Food Bank in Market Harborough are always incredibly grateful for your generosity. Mid-November, we’ll also be sending off our Eid Parcels to Somaliland - please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates as the time comes.
